Hurley Health offers support and accountability to help you succeed in taking a break from alcohol.
Program includes:

45-min Zoom call kick-off on the first day of the month
-
Weekly 60-min Zoom call group check-ins and topic discussions around habit change, goal setting, diet, and exercise as they relate to alcohol use

Two 60-min one-on-one sessions with recovery coach, Nell Hurley

*The DRY30 program is for Gray Area Drinkers--those who fall between the extremes of "teetotaler" and "alcoholic." This program is not appropriate for people who are physically dependent on alcohol. Quitting drinking abruptly may cause withdrawl in those who are dependent on it and this process should be managed by a medical professional.
